Let us emphasize a few vital points. Most purchasing agents and/or buyers believe that switching to a new vendor is a long and painful process. Let us assure you we as professionals can make the transition short and sweet! We have measures in place that allow us to manufacture your packaging at the highest level of quality while maintaining resonable lead times. For your benefit, we will outline these procedures below.
1. Once we receive sample cartons and adequate specifications, we will quickly forward you a quotation.
2. We will produce a CAD sample that is representative of size, style and structure.
3. Once you have "signed off" on our sample carton and have issued us a purchase order (along with a completed credit application) we will build the cutting die along with ordering the paperboard.
4. After emailing your graphics artist with an official die line provided by us, we will email artwork from that artist so we can provide you with a proof. This will be used by you to check copy and placement of the graphics on the carton.
5. If there are PMS colors called out for in the graphics, we will produce draw-downs of each color for your approval.
Once these 5 steps are completed, we then have all we need to produce your cartons. If your cartons are unprinted then follow steps 1 through 3 accordingly.
